    • Once reviewed, our team will confirm whether the item qualifies for replacement or credit.

  3. Replacement Process:

    • Approved replacements will be shipped within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

    • In case the same item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value or store credit.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized, personalized, or limited-edition candles.

    • Sale items or discounted pieces.

    • Used or burned candles.
