Yes! We accept customized and bulk orders for weddings, events, or corporate gifting. Drop us a message, and our team will guide you through the design and scent options.
3. How long will my candle burn?
Our candles are designed for 40–50 hours of clean burn time, depending on size and usage. Always trim the wick before each use for best results.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged candle?
Please record an unboxing video and send it to info@eternalblooms.co within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you immediately.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, as most pieces are made-to-order. After that, production begins and cancellations aren’t possible.
6. Are your candles eco-friendly?
Absolutely. We use soy-based wax, lead-free wicks, and recyclable packaging, ensuring sustainability at every step.
